Physical Appearance: Long black hair, gray eyes, thin and average on muscle, and he loves to play guitar.

Traits: Kano likes all animals, no matter what. If he had to hurt an animal to live, he would rather die. He used to have a crush on this girl named Selina, but never had the courage to even say hi. He finally asked her out one day out of nowhere, but she already had a boyfriend. As a result, he got quieter than he already was.
Personality: He is sometimes quiet, but always likes to have company around. He is kind and sweet, but can be aggressive when provoked. He is very caring when it comes to animals, and can never say no to helping out a hurt animal, especially dogs. He loves to practice sword fighting, but sometimes gets carried away.
Background/History: Kano used to be 'the emo kid with with no friends.' He got beat up almost every day after school, but he didn't think anything of it. He's always tried to make friends, but nobody ever liked hanging out with him. That all changed when he found a shop downtown. He spied some people going in and disappearing. So he tried it and he found himself in a strange city. He discovered they had warriors called Shinigami, so he applied to become one. He got accepted and started training immediately. He discovered his hollow in a fight. The other student was making fun of his family, and Kano got so angry that it just came out. From then on, he knew he was different. He became a captain and then suddenly disappeared. He came back just before the war, having almost perfected controlling his hollow. He had fought in multiple attempts to take back the city, but failed in all. He has many scars from those battles.
RP sample: Kano walked slowly along a barren road. Anybody from miles around could see the man. Kano liked it like that, and secretly, he wished somebody would spot him. Something shined in the distance, and Kano sidestepped out of the way.
A throwing knife... His thoughts were interrupted by a couple more soaring his way. He flash stepped to the attacker, both of his swords drawn, and slashed at the branch he was on. It fell to the ground with a thud and another knife found its way into Kano's left shoulder.
Kano yanked the knife out of his should and gritted his teeth in pain. When the chunk of metal finally came out, he threw it down and flash stepped again, this time behind his opponent.
Perfect... He slashed with one sword while thrusting with the other. They both found their mark and the attacker shuddered. He finally fell still as the body slid off the swords. Kano wiped the blood off on the person's clothes when he saw a stray dog wandering along the road. He was scratching it's chin as another throwing pierced it's leg. The dog fell to the ground, whimpering in pain.
Kano's eye's went wide in anger.
That bastard's dead... He appeared behind the attacker, but this advasary was ready for him, The opponent stabbed at Kano with a knife, then threw it at Kano when he noticed the Vizard was out of stabbing range. Kano blocked the knife easily and chucked one of his swords at the man. It just missed it's mark, but luckily cut a cash in the man's leg. Seeing that his opponent was down, Kano quickly grabbed his missing blade and slit the throat expertly.
Kano walked back over to the whimpering dog and yanked out the knife. He quickly cleaned and bandaged the wound. Picking up the dog, he went as fast as he could to the nearest town. Finding the most caring family there, he gave the dog to them to look after. They thankfully accepted and He went on to the next town, searching for anyone that looked familiar.
